Abstract

This study examines the role of entrepreneurship education in fostering economic growth and sustainable business practices in Angola, focusing on the Entrepreneurship course offered at CLESE-Lubango in Huila Province. Utilizing a comprehensive quantitative methodology, the research involved distributing 196 questionnaires to former trainees, revealing significant insights into the course's impact on small business development and market adaptability. The findings highlight a critical need for curriculum updates to incorporate sustainability and global business strategies, ensuring that entrepreneurship education not only prepares individuals for immediate economic opportunities but also equips them with the skills necessary for long-term success in a globalized economy. The study underscores the importance of integrating real-world case studies and successful local entrepreneurs into the educational framework to enhance the practical relevance of the training. These insights are particularly valuable for policymakers and educators aiming to refine entrepreneurial training programs to better meet the dynamic demands of today's interconnected markets.
